MOONS' is following local and national directions and taking necessary measures to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, and families. However, as a supplier for critical manufacturing industries, MOONS' is classified as an essential business and has continued critical operations. We are committed to our customers and the essential industries they serve, in particular, to those producing medical ventilators and equipment needed for respiratory care, as well as other devices required to diagnose and treat COVID-19 patients. Where We Are Needed Since COVID-19 is a respiratory disease that can make it hard for patients to breathe, the use of medical interventions such as a ventilator is required to facilitate breathing. A critical component of a ventilator is the motor that helps pump air through various mechanisms, making it easier, or simply possible, for the patient to breathe. The COVID-19 outbreak has led to a rapid increase in the demand for such medical equipment. Many of these devices depend on reliable, precise and quality motors to operate. These devices can use a variety of different MOONS' motors technologies, such as Hybrid Stepper Motors, BLDC Motors, Frameless BLDC Motors, or Slotless and Coreless BLDC Motors. MOONS' fully integrated units have programmable motion control and I/O built into them, providing customers with turn-key motor assemblies for their devices. Providing Critical Components & Assembly MOONS' can design and produce, in high volume, reliable motors of various types to support these applications. All of our motors can be optimized to deliver maximum operational efficiency at the required voltage and amperage supplied, and can offer seamless system integration mechanically, electrically and control.
We have delivered samples next day for validation to customers and have started shipping production units within a week to help companies to ramp up volume and get viable solutions to the patients and hospitals that need them most.
