MOONS' Linear Actuators Appearance in Shanghai Medical exhibition
Hello thank you for joining me here today at CMEF Shanghai. We are here with PBC&MOONS’ and wish to introduce some of our new innovative motion system product line. Here on our left we can see a few of the product series we have available the SIMO and Compact series.

The SIMO was designed and built for engineers it is an all in one #leadscrew, balls crew, and belt driven option. As you can see the #actuators have very similar appearance but have very traits depending on the application that you need. Whether it is a dusty environment, clean room environment, or potentially somewhere where hazardous material might be introduced. The options that we have are what we call our gliding surface technology which is a plain bearing, Cam roller technology which includes V-Wheel guides, or profile rail which is a recirculating ball linear guide. This can go up to a 2000 mm stroke length and has many options based on your application. This is suitable for anything from your XYZ gantry robots to a simple application indexing material in a packaging application. In the back of this display we can see our compact series. This series was built as the name says to be compact, to fit in very intricate and small geometries.

The compact series sports a 23-mm high frame and is also capable of being put in an enclosure I environments where safety is needed. All series can be supported by our MOONS' motors anything from a NEMA 11 to a NEMA 23 dependent on the motor mount or direct driven series you select. On my right, we see our new MLA series of actuators a new and innovative design that has the option to go down to a 20 by 26.5 mm frame. This series was not meant for high load applications but is very intricate and precise. We have a few different motor options ranging from one of our TSM series which can be programmed via RS 485 or RS 232 and controlled using a variation of IO access ports.
