MS10HY Series Stepper Motors
NEMA10 (25mm*25mm), 2 Phase - 1.8 degree stepper motor

    In response to the increasing demand for small hybrid stepping motors for use in precision equipment, MOONS' has introduced a new 1.8 degree, 25 mm square, stepping motor: the MS10HY series. Through advanced electromagnetic and structural design, MS10HY motors have the advantages of large torque, small volume, low temperature rise, and the flexibility of a variety of connection modes. MS10HY The MS10HY series is a stepper motor for high performance applications that need high resolution and fast response such as: semiconductor manufacturing equipment, portable medical equipment, analyzers, as well as high-precision, surveillance cameras, electron microscopes and more.

    Save Space and Weight

    Through optimized design of the magnetic circuit, the diameter of the stator is reduced from 33.5mm to Φ27.5mm, and the stator core weight is reduced by 18.6%.     Low Motor Temperatures

    The typical resistance of MS10HY motors is 7.5% lower than Competitor N, allowing the MS10HY motors to run cool (even though they produce 11% more torque than Competitor N). For the same torque, customized windings further reduce motor resistance and heating. This further reduces the temperature of MS10HY motors, for lower losses, higher efficiency, and cooler running machines.
