AK Series Absolute Encoder Step-Servo System | Product Overview & Demo

The AK Series Absolute Encoder Step-Servo System is designed for high-precision motion control, offering enhanced reliability, functional safety, and seamless system integration.
This drive features an LED digital display and a Type-C interface, making configuration, parameter tuning, and diagnostics easier and more efficient. The built-in Home Preset function allows for quick setup and repeatable homing without the need for external tools.
The system supports SIL3 / PL e STO functional safety, featuring 24 VDC control power input, STO safety input, and safety status output, enabling compliance with advanced safety architectures. A DIN-rail mounting structure is adopted to simplifies cabinet installation, reducing setup time.
The step-servo motor has been optimized to reduce overall length while improving torque density and thermal performance. Motion feedback is provided by an electromagnetic multi-turn absolute encoder, ensuring battery-free multi-turn position retention and high-resolution accuracy.
The controller uses a next-generation control algorithm, supporting open-loop, closed-loop servo, and closed-loop stepper modes. This flexibility allows users to tailor dynamic response, noise levels, and thermal characteristics to meet specific application needs. The drive accepts 24-48 VDC power input and includes a brake control output for applications requiring static holding or vertical-axis safety.
With support for multiple bus communication protocols, the AK Series is compatible with various industrial networks, enabling seamless integration into complex automation environments.
Designed for applications in semiconductor handling, medical instrumentation, and 3C electronics manufacturing, the AK Series complies with global standards such as RoHS and CE. It provides a compact, reliable, and integrated motion control platform, ideal for high-precision, high-duty-cycle applications.
