MOONS' Slotless Motor Matching New Solution - PG16MC Ceramic Version Gearbox
MOONS' has introduced a slotless motor equipped with a ceramic planetary gearbox (PG16MC series) to satisfy the increasing demand for high-performance products in various industries. Transmission parts in the gearbox have been upgraded to more wear-resistant ceramic materials, and the overall design and process flow have been improved. The service life of the ceramic gearbox is significantly improved when compared to the standard version of the metal gearbox.

In the same rated load conditions, the ceramic version of the slotless motor has demonstrated an improved service life, meeting the needs of customers. The ceramic version of the gearbox product developed based on a mature standard platform has the same combined interface as the standard version of the metal gearbox, so the interface does not need to be customized separately, and it can be used with current slotless motors from multiple platforms.
