The MCA6 Medium Motion PLC is specifically designed for complex multi-axis motion control applications, combining a sleek, modern industrial aesthetic with exceptional reliability to support seamless equipment upgrades. Equipped with a quad-core high-speed processor and large-capacity memory, the MCA6 offers powerful computing capabilities for efficient multi-task real-time processing. The flexible communication configuration, along with dual-side clamping connectors, ensures stable and secure connections. The 100 Mbps backplane bus supports up to 32 MET2 modules, making installation straightforward while offering excellent scalability. Additionally, the three independent IP network ports enable seamless integration across multiple networks.
The system supports SIL3 / PL e STO functional safety, featuring 24 VDC control power input, STO safety input, and safety status output, enabling compliance with advanced safety architectures. A DIN-rail mounting structure is adopted to simplifies cabinet installation, reducing setup time.
Leveraging EtherCAT communication, the MCA6 delivers high-performance motion control, enabling precise multi-axis interpolation.
