1. Small step angle, excellent positioning accuracy
This series of motors can achieve small step angles of 0.9° and 0.36°, with step angle accuracy controlled within ±0.126°. When paired with a 0.5mm pitch lead screw to convert rotary motion into linear displacement, the PG15 geared stepper motor (0.36°) completes one revolution with 1000 pulses, achieving a linear displacement of 0.5mm. A single pulse can precisely control a linear displacement of 0.5μm, with a positional accuracy of ±0.175μm, meeting micron-level control requirements.

The PG15 gearbox permanent magnet stepper motor has a main body diameter of φ15mm, offering a size advantage compared to the 14mm hybrid stepper motor (19.8mm diagonal). In the commonly used industrial speed range of 200rpm to 600rpm, this motor's torque performance is competitive: under 0.3A constant current drive conditions, the PG15 with a 1:5 reduction ratio offers over 30% higher torque than the 14mm hybrid stepper motor; the 1:10 reduction ratio product can achieve double torque at 350rpm.
